Registration Process:
- Click on the REGISTER button and choose the correct Admission option.
- Proceed to the PROGRAM option below and choose all the options that apply to you, your spouse and your children (including childcare and Maranatha Conference Center lodging fees - cost includes 2 nights lodging and 5 meals).
- If not staying on site, you will need to pay Maranatha's Day Guest Fee ($30).
- Answer all the prompted questions and click Save Responses.
- If you need to register your spouse, scroll back up to the top and select Add Guest, then Save Responses.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your payment information and click Submit Payment.
Notice of Filming and Recording
By entering an event or program of Christian Medical & Dental Associations®, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises, including convention center grounds constitutes your consent to be photographed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Christian Medical & Dental Associations and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
