2027 CMDA National Convention
The 2027 CMDA National Convention is the premier event for all Christian healthcare professionals! Make plans now to join us, because there's a seat for you at The Table. Registration Instructions
- We recommend using Google Chrome to complete your registration. We understand some people have had problems using Safari to register, so please consider using a different browser to avoid problems.
- The primary registrant needs to select an item under Registration Options, then you may add Program Items next.
- If your spouse/guest is attending, click the "Add a Guest" button, then select the appropriate spouse option in the Program section.

By entering an event or program of Christian Medical & Dental Associations®, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises, including convention center grounds constitutes your consent to be photographed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Christian Medical & Dental Associations and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
