Registration Instructions:
1. Begin the registration process by signing in with your Username and Password. Click Sign In.
2. If you do not already have a CMDA account, you will need to click Create a new account.
3. Click the Register Myself button.
4. Register yourself by choosing Physician/Spouse OR Resident/Student.
5. After answering the dietary question, click Update Response.
6. You need to register each of your guests separately. Select the Add a Guest link, and enter that individual's information. Save & Close.
7. Repeat steps 2-4 for each guest that you are registering.
8. Proceed to the Program Options in order to give a donation to the Dermatology Section, if desired.
9. At the bottom of the page select the Proceed to Checkout button to complete payment and check out.
